my commissions

I usually only take commissons from artistree & Ko-fiTHEY BOTH ADD A FEE TO COMMISSIONS, IT IS NOT IN MY HANDS NOR MY PROBLEM.

by commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of service.

1. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
I will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.
Specific restrictions include but are not limited to : Explicit Adult content, gore, humans, and mecha/robots, complex backgrounds, Feral.2. PAYMENT.
Payment is in USD and is done through Vgen, Artistree, Ko-fi, all via paypal or paypal itself. Artistree, Vgen, and Ko-fi all add a tax on commissions, it is not to be discussed nor mentioned to me. Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests. I only start the request after paymentor send a sketch first to be approved and then wait for payment.3. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY.
I hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner/client.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself with in any place or site or post it however I like. Client may not feed my work to AI (Artificial Intelligence), use it to train AI or ML, sell it as an NFT, claim it as their own, remove my watermark, sell it anywhere without commercial rights. Commercial usage rights are not included in general commissions.Commercial rights are 300% of the original price, but even with commercial you still have to credit me. Commercial rights do not include selling my work as NFTs, giving it to AI, training it for AI or ML.4. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY.
No refunds are offered unless I initiate one. Once payments have been made, the Client acknowledges that the work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive. Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and that the no refund policy mentioned will be followed.IN THE CASE OF CHARGEBACKS :Any chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute initiated by the Client will be considered a breach of these Terms of Service.In the event of a chargeback, all licenses, permissions, and usage rights previously granted to the Client are immediately revoked. The Client loses any right to use, display, repost, print, distribute, or otherwise benefit from the commissioned artwork.As the artist retains full copyright ownership of all artwork at all times, I reserve the right to reuse, repurpose, resell, modify, or offer the artwork for sale to other parties at my sole discretion if payment has been reversed through a chargeback.
